Remote offers an optional pension plan, which includes life, disability, waiver of premiums, and workplace accident insurance.
If you would like to offer the pension plan you must offer it to all Swedish employees on your team.
Starting January 1, 2025, we are expanding our pension plan options to provide more flexibility for customers with three different contribution structures:

The company pays all the contributions and no contributions are required from employees.
"Pensionable salary" is defined as basic salary only.
Membership in the pension scheme is open to employees aged 18 to 65.
From January 1 2025, all Sweden-based team members will be automatically covered by this group life insurance, a benefit offered by most Swedish employers as a supplement to the state survivor's pension.
There is no action on your side. Employees will be enrolled automatically to the Bliwa Life Insurance.
TGL insurance starts on the 1st day of the employee's starting month and ends on the last day of the month following their departure.

Customers may elect to offer the mental health program benefits to their teams and can choose among 5 different plans. If one of the mental health benefit is offered, the employee will automatically be enrolled and you will be charged for it monthly. However, employees have the option to opt out of the benefit. If they choose to do so, they will be unenrolled and charges will stop effective from the next month.

Customers can offer Global Business Travel Insurance to selected employees, choosing from five levels of coverage. This insurance can be provided on an individual basis, without needing to offer it to the entire team. However, the chosen plan must be consistent for all eligible employees within the same country. Employees also have the option to opt-out, and if they do, their coverage and charges will end in the following billing cycle.
