Remote does not currently offer benefits in Belarus due to the country's standing with the international community, as an OFAC sanctioned country. We can, however, assist you in offering your employees a healthcare stipend.

- Healthcare in Belarus: Belarus has a system of free healthcare provided by government-owned facilities. According to Belarusian law, all Belarusian citizens and registered residents are entitled to free health care from state-funded medical institutions, such as hospitals and health centers. Belarusians can purchase private health insurance to supplement the public health system. Compared to other European countries, the country’s healthcare system is poor and fails to cater to the needs of its population.
