Remote Benefits Plans

Remote offers optional health benefits plans to team members in Ireland. Companies can choose between two local plans (Guide 2 or Guide 3), or they may choose not to offer any benefits. These benefits, while not mandatory in Ireland, must be offered to all team members in the country if selected. Additionally, extended dental coverage is available as an add-on to any of these plans.

Key points to note:

  • The policy year runs from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
  • Plan premiums remain locked in for 12 months upon renewal.
  • If a team member renews their plan on December 31, 2024, their rate will stay the same for the next 12 months. However, new team members joining mid-year will be subject to the current market rates at the time of their enrollment.
  • Factors like an employee’s age, previous insurance, and residence status in Ireland may affect the overall cost of their health insurance.
  • Please note that pricing may be increased in case any employee or dependent is Life community rated

Starting January 1, 2025, we are expanding our pension options to provide even more flexibility with two new top-up options:

Life Insurance

We are excited to launch a new Life Insurance plan effective January 2025 via Irish Life, which will allow you to choose between 2x or 4x of team members' annual salary for coverage.
