Kyle has 25 years of experience ​advising growth companies from start-up to IPO and beyond. His experience includes leading the Private Market Practice at Aon as well as founding and leading a boutique consulting firm, Presidio Pay Advisors, that was ultimately sold to Hay Group (now Korn Ferry). Focusing on the technology and life sciences industries, Kyle has had the unique opportunity to work with some of the most well-known founders on helping them shape their total rewards programs. ​Kyle is based in San Francisco.

Amanda is the Director of People Enablement at Remote where she leads the People Partner and Learning & Development teams. She is passionate about balancing empathetic and strategic, remote-first approaches that enable employees to be their best selves in and outside of work. Amanda brings years of people and operations experience from within the global startup space.
