You will be joining at a critical early stage as we build our MVP. This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting-edge intersection of Generative AI and Geospatial data, utilizing LLMs to interpret complex location data and match homes to users.

Our international team brings over 50 years of combined experience in business, tech, and geospatial. You will work alongside experts with deep backgrounds in Google Maps, Google Cloud, Big Data, and cutting-edge UX , building a platform designed to disrupt a $59.6B market.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, cloud-native backend services to support our upcoming launches in CA and TX.
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate conventional and GenAI models into the production environment, enabling our "Neighborhood Intelligence" engine.
Further develop and maintain SRE best practices to ensure reliability and scalability of our systems.
Act as a trusted advisor developing the technology roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience in software development using one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
Proficient in “technical” English (B1/2 or higher)
Based in Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia with a valid work permit.

Preferred Qualifications

You do not need to tick all the boxes below to apply, but having more of these skills is a plus)
Experience building and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform.
Experience developing cloud-native applications involving NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Cassandra).
Experience with Geospatial technologies, mapping libraries, or location-based services.
Experience running systems at scale, with familiarity in SRE/DevOps practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience acting as a hybrid software/data engineer, capable of building pipelines for complex datasets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you take ownership of technical decisions and adapt quickly, and embrace ambiguity.
