How we ensure that remote work is successful
We go to great lengths to ensure that our remote team is well-aligned, well-balanced and well-informed. First, we hold quick daily small-group meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page, not blocked, etc. Second, we hold weekly all-hands meetings where everyone updates on the week's progress and we talk about the coming week. We don't set work hours, and work asynchronously about half of the time. We keep a good, easy-going culture via lots of GIFs and side conversations.
No offices, everyone works remotely.
