About the Role

Agent Elite is hiring a Senior Odoo Developer to take full ownership of our Odoo Enterprise ecosystem (v17+).
This is not a general Python role. This is not a “learn Odoo on the job” position.
We are looking for someone with proven, hands-on Odoo development experience who can architect, build, and maintain custom modules while protecting upgrade paths and system integrity.
You will operate as the technical owner of our internal operations platform, bridging CRM, Sales, Accounting, Subscriptions, and integrations with our WordPress-based product ecosystem.

⚠️ Important: Odoo Experience Required

To respect everyone’s time:

Applicants must have 4+ years of professional Odoo development experience (Enterprise preferred).
Applicants without direct Odoo development experience will not be considered for this role.
We are specifically seeking someone who has built, extended, and maintained custom Odoo modules in production environments.

What You’ll Own

Full ownership of our Odoo Enterprise environment (v17+)
Custom module development using Python
OWL-based front-end enhancements and dashboards
PostgreSQL optimization and reporting
Integration with:
- WordPress ecosystem
- Stripe and payment gateways
- Marketing and CRM tools
AI-driven workflow automation inside Odoo
Clean documentation and version-controlled repositories

Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)

4+ years professional Odoo development
Strong Python expertise (PEP 8 compliant code required)
Deep understanding of Odoo ORM and core modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Subscriptions)
Experience extending modules without breaking upgrade paths
PostgreSQL proficiency
OWL / JavaScript / XML / QWeb experience
REST API and XML-RPC integration experience
Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployment (AWS/DigitalOcean)
Managed at least one successful Odoo version migration
Strong understanding of data security and privacy practices

AI & Efficiency Expectations

We operate lean. AI is a productivity multiplier here.
You should be comfortable using:

GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools
Writing Python unit tests and JS Tours
Implementing AI workflows using APIs (OpenAI or similar)
Automating repetitive Odoo processes with intelligent logic
