Support the preparation of financial analyses and reports to assist management decision-making
Track and monitor key financial KPIs
Assist in maintaining and improving financial reporting processes

AI & Automation

Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance and operational workflows
Build and improve AI-supported processes (e.g., reporting automation, document processing, data extraction)
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-Agents) to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Organizing

Drive the optimization and standardization of internal processes and documentation across operations and HR
Support and coordinate onboarding processes and recruiting workflows
Coordinate administrative and compliance-related processes (e.g., ISO certifications, contract management)

YOUR PROFILE 📌

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, particularly in controlling, including strong analytical skills and KPI tracking
Hands-on experience using digital tools and AI-based solutions (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve daily operations, including workflow automation and process optimization (such as AI agents)
Proven experience in organizational and project-based work, with a focus on either:
- HR operations (e.g., onboarding and employee lifecycle processes), or
- back-office operations (e.g., designing, implementing, and optimizing internal processes)
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience working in international and fast-growing environments, ideally in remote or distributed teams
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
