We are seeking a customer-focused Virtual Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to users through live chat and digital messaging platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging tools
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Resolve customer questions efficiently while maintaining a professional tone

Qualifications

Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred but not required
