What We’re Looking For:

We are hiring a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who understands how to convert attention into revenue across personal brands, digital products, and live experiences. This role requires someone who can lead strategic execution, brand expansion, and marketing system optimization — not just theory or surface-level campaigns.

You will work directly with the founder and oversee the performance, positioning, and growth of:

- Our digital education platform (Stepper’s Academy)

- Multiple high-ticket courses and digital product offerings

- Automated sales funnels and marketing pipelines

- Social media brand content and YouTube monetization

- Paid traffic strategy, launch timelines, and upsell paths

- Brand partnerships, affiliate growth, and content licensing

- Live event marketing and sponsor asset packaging (6–8 year roadmap of branded fight events and media shows)

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit existing digital infrastructure (funnels, assets, brand positioning) and build a precise strategic roadmap

- Drive traffic and conversion to three branded websites through content strategy, SEO, and funnel refinement

- Develop and manage strategic launch timelines for courses and new digital products

- Oversee growth campaigns for TheBiggestStepper.co, UnstoppableMindset.co, and AugustinHoldingsInc.com

- Implement monetization systems for all current and future product lines: digital workbooks, guided visualizations, audio courses, private podcast, and membership-based challenges

- Direct and optimize content syndication across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok

- Identify and close brand partnerships, paid sponsors, and cross-promotion opportunities for live events

- Build and manage performance dashboards using existing tools (Replit, Zapier, Firebase, SiteGround, Google Stack)

- Manage creative teams (if required) to execute high-performance branding across all touchpoints

Must Have:

- Proven experience driving revenue in online education, influencer-led brands, or digital product ecosystems

- Strong understanding of high-ticket funnels, value ladders, tripwire sequences, and automated email flows

- Deep knowledge of brand storytelling, direct response copywriting, and funnel psychology

- Ability to work autonomously and execute clear deliverables in collaboration with a lean team

- Familiarity with paid ad platforms (YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Google Display)

- Ability to lead monetization of content IP, product launches, affiliate strategies, and licensing deals

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, aggressive growth environment

Compensation:

This is a part-time, high-impact leadership role with performance-based upside. Base rate + growth-based bonuses negotiable based on experience and scope.
