What you'll do:

Sales Enablement & Support: Partner directly with internal Account Executives and external clients, delivering technical guidance, product expertise, and strategic enablement to drive deal velocity.
Consultative Selling: Collaborate across Direct and Channel go-to-market teams to understand prospect business needs, architect tailored B2B payment and AP automation solutions, and articulate clear value propositions.
Client & Partner Engagement: Drive technical discovery, solution scoping, product demonstrations, and architecture deep dives on joint sales calls alongside direct and channel Account Executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the feedback loop between field sales (Direct and Channel) and internal Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align client requirements with product roadmaps.
Solution Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio, market trends, ERP/accounting system integrations, and competitive offerings to position our platform effectively.
Technical Problem-Solving: Act as a trusted technical advisor, proactively overcoming technical or workflow objections to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in consultative solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales engineering role—preferably in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise software.
Consultative Mastery: Exceptional consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills across executive, financial, and technical stakeholders.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling business value.
Domain & Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AP/AR processes, financial back-office workflows, ERP ecosystems, payment platforms, and API integrations.
Collaboration & Execution: Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and capable of managing multiple active deal cycles in a fast-paced remote/hybrid environment.
Education & Travel: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Ability to travel 15–20% domestically as needed for key prospect and partner meetings.
