Key Responsibilities

  • Website Design & Development: Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites using the Duda platform, tailored to client needs and branding guidelines.

  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients and internal team members to understand project goals, gather requirements, and translate them into effective website designs.

  • Revisions & Optimization: Implement feedback and revisions promptly, ensuring websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

  • Platform Proficiency: Use Duda’s tools and features to build, edit, and maintain websites efficiently, including custom widgets, dynamic pages, and integrations.

  • Portfolio Management: Maintain and update a portfolio showcasing completed projects to reflect the quality and range of design work.

  • Project Communication: Collaborate using digital tools and attend virtual meetings to stay aligned with team goals and client needs.


Qualifications

  • Strong English Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

  • Duda Experience: Proven experience designing and building websites on the Duda platform. A portfolio of previous work is required.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools including:

    • Duda

    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

    • Zoom (for virtual meetings and calls)

  • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video calls and daily online operations.

  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively solve design and functionality challenges.

  • Design-Oriented Mindset: A strong understanding of modern web design principles, user experience, and responsive design best practices.


This is a contractor-based position, candidates are expected to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

As an independent contractor, the individual will not be considered an employee and will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Work hours are flexible and results-based, though availability for scheduled meetings and deadlines is required.

Performance-based incentive bonuses will apply.
