Exceptional customer service abilities.

Requirements

Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and/or Audio-Visual support.

Possession of a valid Passport facilitating easy travel within Europe.

Qualifications

Experience in technical call centre operations including call handling, ticket creation, and resolution.

Technical proficiency in Windows OS, both hardware and software support.

Advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows environment.

Administration experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Teams.

Familiarity with collaboration technologies such as video conferencing, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms.

Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 support, specifically Teams and related applications.

Responsibilities

Responding to calls and e-tickets promptly in both Swedish and English, meeting predefined service levels.

Providing troubleshooting and training support for specific technologies.

Serving as a brand ambassador for all partner companies.

Engaging with clients via email, chat, and phone, while meticulously documenting incident details in our ticketing system.

Collaborating with other teams within Collabtech to ensure seamless global service delivery for integration and deployment of collaboration technology solutions.

Adhering to set timelines for completion of all training courses and modules.

Offering support for external services and events.

Conducting training sessions remotely and onsite.
