As a key member of the ComputerCare People Operations team, the Director of Recruiting owns the full recruiting lifecycle across technical, operational, and customer-facing roles. This position is responsible for building strong talent pipelines and partnering closely with hiring leaders to support the company’s rapid growth.

The Director of Recruiting plays a critical role in helping ComputerCare scale while maintaining our commitment to exceptional service, accountability, and teamwork.
