We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. In this role, you’ll manage communication with tenants, update rental listings, schedule showings, and organize internal records—all from your home workspace. Responsibilities:

Respond to tenant and applicant inquiries via email and phone
Post, manage, and update rental listings on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace
Assist with application processing and lease documentation
Schedule property showings, maintenance, and inspections
Maintain accurate digital files and track key data
Coordinate with property owners, vendors, and internal team members

Requirements:

1+ year experience in administration, virtual assistance, or real estate support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
Ability to work 7 days a week (3–4 hours/day, flexible)
U.S. residency preferred

Preferred Skills:

Experience in property management or leasing
Knowledge of online listing platforms
Familiarity with scheduling and CRM tools
Customer service background
