The Problems You’ll Solve

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to help build and scale the team at favorited. In this role, you will be responsible for both recruiting top talent and fostering a strong company culture, ensuring that favorited remains a great place to work as we grow.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring processes, onboarding experience, and employee engagement, making sure our team is supported, motivated, and aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies to attract top talent in the creator economy, tech, and media industries.
Create a seamless onboarding experience that sets new employees up for success.
Establish and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and career development programs.
Act as a key resource for employees, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Work closely with leadership to identify hiring needs, workforce planning, and company growth strategies.
Oversee employee benefits, payroll coordination, and internal HR operations.
Implement tools and processes that improve efficiency in recruiting, HR management, and team collaboration.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage hiring processes efficiently.
Experience developing and implementing HR programs focused on culture, engagement, and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll tools.
Background in recruiting for creative, tech, or social media industries.
A passion for the creator economy, digital media, and the evolving workplace landscape.
