Your Role as a Tech Recruiter

As a Tech Recruiter at FuturWork, you will play a crucial role in acquiring top talent for our clients in the Belgiummarket. We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual who has a deep understanding of the tech industry and possesses exceptional recruitment expertise. In this remote position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the selection and onboarding process.

As a high-growth IT consulting agency, we seek a Tech Recruiter who embodies the following characteristics:

Tech Industry Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the tech industry, including trends, roles, and skill sets. You stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and can effectively assess technical skills and experience.
Proactive Sourcer: You are skilled in proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates. You utilize various platforms, networks, and tools to build a strong talent pipeline and engage with potential candidates.
Exceptional Relationship Builder: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can establish strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. You are adept at understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable candidates.
Results-Driven: You are highly motivated and results-oriented. Your track record demonstrates your ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets, deliver high-quality candidates, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Excellent Communication: You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You can effectively articulate the value proposition of opportunities to candidates and provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

30 Days

Objective: Establish a strong foundation and understanding of FuturWork's recruitment process and requirements for the Belgium market.

Key Results:

Familiarize yourself with FuturWork's recruitment process, including sourcing strategies, screening methods, and interview techniques.
- Review and understand existing documentation, templates, and tools used in the recruitment process.
- Seek feedback from the team and make recommendations for process improvements.
Source and screen a minimum of five qualified candidates for ongoing open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

60 Days

Objective: Drive recruitment efforts and successfully fill open positions with top-quality candidates.

Key Results:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and present a diverse pool of qualified candidates for consideration.
Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop interview guides and evaluation criteria to ensure consistent and objective assessments.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers for candidate selection.
Successfully fill at least three positions with high-quality candidates within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg markets.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient offer negotiation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

90 Days

Objective: Enhance the recruitment process and contribute to the overall growth and success of FuturWork.

Key Results:

Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline and optimize recruitment efforts.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their evolving recruitment needs.
- Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback on candidates, process improvements, and future requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and quality hires.
Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives to attract top tech talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Participate in tech events, webinars, and communities to promote FuturWork as an employer of choice.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on IT/tech positions.
Deep understanding of the tech industry, roles, and skill sets.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in tech-related positions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
