We’re building a full AI-powered quoting and dispatch automation system to save time and improve customer experience.

You will be responsible for setting up the system using tools like n8n, Twilio, GPT-4 Vision, and OctopusPro.

This is a one-time freelance job, but if the setup is successful, we may keep you for occasional maintenance or future projects.

? Your Tasks Will Include:
Setting up SMS & call intake via Twilio (voice and SMS)

Building automation workflows in n8n

Connecting photo upload form to GPT-4 Vision to:

Estimate junk type and volume

Apply price logic and surcharges (mattress, tyres, stairs, etc.)

Sending price quotes via SMS & Email

Logging lead info into Google Sheets

Creating jobs in OctopusPro via API (auto-assign driver, truck, time slot)

Triggering review requests after job completion*

Optional: Setup of GMB SEO automation (weekly posts, review replies)

???? Who We’re Looking For:
? Strong experience with n8n or similar platforms (Make/Zapier)

? Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic

? Familiar with Twilio & OpenAI (bonus if GPT-4 Vision)

? Able to work independently with clear SOP provided. Bonus: if pro active Recommendation or suggestion
? Communicates clearly and delivers on deadline
