JTL Collision Inc is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Communications Specialist to serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. This role is responsible for managing client communications, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and digital platforms

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding repair status, timelines, and services

Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, insurance companies, and internal departments

Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence

Provide clear explanations of repair processes and estimates when needed

Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns to management as appropriate

Support client onboarding and follow-up communications

Ensure all communications meet company standards and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1–3 years of experience in customer service, communications, or administrative roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an auto body, collision repair, or automotive service environment

Familiarity with insurance claims communication

Experience working in a fast-paced customer service setting
