Responsibilities:

Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and on time.
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLookups, Sumifs, and pivot tables to analyze and report financial data.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors or clients through phone and email.
Prepare financial statements showing business income and expenditure.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience.
A relevant degree is preferred but not necessary.
Good attention to detail to enter correct data into financial records and recognise errors.
Mathematics skills for accurate record-keeping.
Administrative skills for filing financial records.
