The Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (around 1+ year of experience) who is passionate about partnerships, performance marketing, and building meaningful relationships with affiliates and creators.

You’ll play a key role in expanding and managing our affiliate and influencer network, helping to drive growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven campaign execution.

You’re a proactive, organised, and relationship-focused self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You enjoy collaborating with others but are equally confident working independently. You’re analytical, curious, and always looking for ways to optimise performance and unlock new growth opportunities.

You MUST be comfortable working remotely and eager to continuously learn and develop your skills.

Scope of Work

As our Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive, you will:

Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with affiliate partners and influencers
Maintain regular communication with partners, providing ongoing support and guidance
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and influencers aligned with brand goals
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and set partners up for success
Collaborate with partners to launch, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns
Align campaigns with broader company objectives and target audiences
Monitor and analyse partner performance using key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI
Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations
Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve results and scale performance
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the affiliate programme
Ensure all partners adhere to brand guidelines, policies, and legal requirements
Monitor compliance and address any issues promptly
Support partners with high-performing creative assets, including banners, landing pages, and content ideas
Provide training, best practices, and strategic guidance to help partners succeed
Act as a key point of contact for partner queries and collaboration
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms

About You

As well as your interest in partnerships and performance marketing, you will also bring:

At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
A self-motivated mindset and comfort working in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and an analytical, data-driven approach
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

Experience managing affiliate platforms or influencer campaigns
Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, or performance metrics
