We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy and bring Laila to parents, teachers, and educational institutions across the US and Canada.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
Market Research: Identify and analyze new market opportunities, trends, and potential customer needs in the US and Canada.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational organizations, and influencers in the parenting and education space.
Customer Engagement: Engage with our target audience (primarily mothers, fathers, and teachers) to understand their needs and showcase Laila's value.
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and tech teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, metrics, and insights.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer bases.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present and pitch effectively.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust with clients and partners.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and a passion for technology, education, or AI is a plus.
