Billing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

The marketing department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the Invoice, Billing & Traffic Manager. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm but primarily within the media buying team. We're fast learners, risk-takers and experts in our fields. We've been doing this for a long time, together, and we put people first. With that mantra, we're redefining the law space.

Primary Responsibilities:

Invoice reconciliation
Monitor vendor budgets
Make sure vendors adhere to guidelines
Creating and issuing credit memos
Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors
Collaborate through building and maintaining productive relationships across all teams, internal and external, and push for ongoing growth
Research missing and unresolved payment issues
Escalate any reconciliation issues to the appropriate internal team
Build and update internal reports
Generate Traffic Instructions contingent on rotations received from creative team
Distribute Traffic Instructions to all vendors across all media types
Communicate with production team to ensure spot delivery
Monitor and track Traffic confirmations for all vendors

You Possess:

Nice to Have:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft products ie: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace ie: Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
Experience using Freewheel/Strata preferred
Organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Media Related experience
Accounting experience
Accounts Receivable experience
Strata/Freewheels Traffic experience
