We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple digital platforms, crafting engaging content, and ensuring our online presence aligns with our brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Email Marketing:

Plan, write, and distribute a bi-weekly email newsletter to engage and inform our subscribers.
Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for improved open and click-through rates.

2.⁠ ⁠Social Media Management

Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for two accounts: Ms Durian and Ling, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to audience interactions.

3.⁠ ⁠Promotional Content Updates

Regularly update promotional content across online platforms, including Atlas, Google, and Chope.
Ensure content reflects current promotions, events, and campaigns.

4.⁠ ⁠SEO Content Creation

Write and publish weekly SEO-optimized content to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve organic traffic.

5.⁠ ⁠Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing multiple platforms and accounts.

•⁠ ⁠Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., customer.io).

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics

•⁠ ⁠Experience with online promotional platforms (e.g., Google, Chope).

•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
