That is why we are looking for a SPM (AI Product Builder).

About the Role

As a SPM (AI Product Builder), you will work across domains within a Product portfolio to turn high-potential ideas into validated, scalable solutions that create measurable customer and business impact.

You will combine deep customer understanding, strong Product judgment, data-driven decision making, and hands-on AI prototyping to move quickly from insight to experiment to Production-grade solution.

This role is for a Product leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, close to customers, Commercially sharp, and excited to use AI as a practical builder tool - not just a topic of conversation.

You will work closely with Design, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, and Commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities, create fast learning loops with customers, and bring strongest ideas to market.

The Product portfolio is Accounts and Tooling, we enable users to move effortlessly through connected and intuitive account journeys with multi-user tooling that drive meaningful outcomes.

The domains we manage to fulfill that mission range from accounts experiences, communication flows, modular tooling, performance reporting, and mobile app.

What You’ll Do

Own meaningful Product outcomes across a significant Product area, defining strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and clear links to customer value, engagement, and business growth
Start with customers and work backwards, using research, market insight, data, and customer-facing teams to identify high-value problems and shape focused Product bets
Act as a hands-on SPM (AI Product Builder), using AI tools, prototypes, agents, flows, and lightweight integrations to validate ideas quickly and reduce time to market
Design and scale AI-powered experiences by defining expected behaviours, quality standards, guardrails, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop journeys
Lead through judgment and influence, making crisp decisions under uncertainty, aligning senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, and raising the bar for Product thinking across the team

What We Are Looking For

Proven Product leadership experience in marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other digital Products at scale, with a strong track record of measurable impact
Deep customer orientation and Product judgment, with the ability to simplify complexity, make smart trade-offs, and turn ambiguous customer problems into clear Product opportunities
Strong data and business fluency, including comfort with metrics, funnels, experimentation, business cases, revenue drivers, and marketplace dynamics
Hands-on AI and prototyping capability, with practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping workflows to create testable Product artefacts
Strong cross-functional leadership, with the technical fluency, commercial sharpness, communication skills, and ownership mindset needed to align teams and bring ideas to market

Location details

This role can be based in the following locations: Spain (remote or Barcelona), Poland (remote, Warsaw, or Poznań), Portugal (remote or Lisbon). Please note that OLX does not offer relocation support for this position. We will only consider candidates who are currently based in one of the listed locations.
