We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This strategic role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and strong administrative acumen. Candidate must reside in USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and arrange logistics.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize agendas, take minutes, and facilitate communications across departments.
Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a friendly and efficient point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and send clear, accurate messages on behalf of executives.
Office Coordination & Planning
- Manage office supplies, oversee document filing, and support event logistics.
- Help plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools (Google Workspace, email).
Ease with adapting in a fast-paced, mission-driven non-profit setting.
Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential matters.
Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
