About QSIC

QSIC is redefining what in-store retail media sounds like. We combine Audio and AI to help the world's leading retailers and brands unlock the full commercial value of the store environment. Our technology powers dynamic, data-driven audio experiences at scale — turning background music into a measurable media channel.

We're a team of curious, driven people who move fast, support each other, and take pride in building something genuinely new. If you want to be part of a company where your work directly shapes outcomes for major retail brands, this is the place.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join QSIC's growing Client Success team, owning campaign implementation and reporting for our retail partners. As an Account Manager, you'll own the operational execution of the partnership — implementing campaigns, monitoring performance, and delivering reporting — while senior leadership owns the overall client relationship.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues across Sales, Product, and Operations, building the skills and commercial instincts that set great client success professionals apart. This role is ideal for someone who is data-fluent, client-obsessed, and eager to grow their career in one of the most exciting channels in retail.

Support senior leadership in keeping the client happy and the partnership prospering
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery
Support the retailer partner's day-to-day operational needs with a structured, professional experience
