About the Role

We’re looking for a VP of Auto Insurance Strategy & Distribution to spearhead QV’s auto insurance vertical. This role requires a mix of leadership and operational expertise, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution in product and client operations.

Location

This is a remote position or based in our Boca Raton, FL office. The QV team operates across EST, CST, and European time zones. Success in this role requires a schedule that supports active collaboration during these working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Monetization Strategy:

Define and lead the product monetization strategy for QV’s Auto Insurance Distribution, focusing on innovative revenue streams in lead, click, and call sales.
Develop scalable strategies to drive client acquisition, increase profitability, and position QV as a leader in auto insurance distribution.

Client Onboarding & Engagement:

Drive end-to-end onboarding for auto insurance clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction across lead, click, and call distribution models.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to integrate clients effectively and optimize customer experience.

Revenue & Growth Optimization:

Leverage business intelligence to refine monetization strategies and distribution models, optimizing revenue opportunities across QV’s auto insurance offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets.

Call Centre Strategy Leadership:

Oversee the strategic vision for QV’s Call Center Auto Insurance activities, building a stable, high-quality call center distribution model.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, engineering, and data teams to align product roadmaps and operational needs, ensuring all initiatives support QV’s growth objectives.

Who you are

You bring 5+ years of experience in the insurance distribution industry, with a strong emphasis on auto insurance. You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing monetization strategies, and leading high-performing teams in this market.
You possess strong relationships within the auto insurance vertical, including carriers, brokers, and distribution networks. Your connections and industry knowledge will enable you to hit the ground running on the development of QV's Auto Insurance Vertical.
You have successfully managed end-to-end client onboarding and engagement processes, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
You have led the development of scalable strategies for lead, click, and call monetization, leveraging data to optimize profitability and stay ahead in a competitive market.
You are highly familiar with distribution SaaS products, ping-post call and lead integrations, insurance click APIs, and other technical frameworks essential to auto insurance distribution.
You have hands-on experience overseeing call center strategies, and building reliable and scalable distribution models to support growth in the auto insurance sector.
You have worked cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams, aligning product roadmaps and operational initiatives with overarching business goals.
