Role Overview

Rally UXR is seeking a detail-oriented Records Management Assistant to support the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of digital records. This role is essential in ensuring that documentation is properly stored, accessible, and compliant with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update digital records and documentation
Ensure records are accurately categorized and securely stored
Perform routine audits to verify record completeness and accuracy
Assist with data entry and document indexing
Support internal teams with record retrieval and documentation requests
Follow company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality
Assist with process improvements related to records management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in records management, administrative support, or data handling is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency with document management systems and office software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
