🚀 Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting outbound sales calls, and building long-term client relationships to promote our portfolio of professional training courses.

This is a remote position targeting organisations across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
Promote Samson Training’s portfolio of professional courses.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage and grow client accounts through ongoing support.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.

✅ Key Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience selling services (training, education, or professional development preferred).
Ability to work independently and remotely while hitting targets.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Ireland, UK, European, and US markets is an advantage.
