We specialize in same-day, last-mile delivery services for businesses and individuals across the country. We're seeking organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatchers to join our 24/7 operations team.

As a dispatcher, you’ll coordinate deliveries, support drivers in real time, and help ensure seamless logistics operations using our proprietary dispatching platform.

This is a remote, full-time role with shift-based coverage, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Assign, monitor, and manage deliveries using our internal dispatch platform
Communicate with drivers via phone, chat, and app notifications
Resolve real-time issues including delays, location errors, and routing conflicts
Provide support to customers and drivers during active deliveries
Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts
Keep performance metrics and incident reports organized and up to date

Qualifications

Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, customer service, or call center operations is highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
Technologically confident – able to navigate software platforms with speed and precision
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and fast at decision-making
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
