Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical operations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital documents and records
Data entry and basic reporting
Assist with onboarding paperwork and internal communications
Coordinate virtual meetings and follow-ups
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
