The Role: Combining Writing Expertise in your Language with AI Innovation

In this role, you will:

Conduct Final Quality Audit and Approval: Perform a comprehensive quality check and rating of items, making the final decision on what will be delivered to the customer to ensure the highest standards are met.
Provide Targeted Feedback to Trainers and QAs: Offer insights and guidance on error patterns and trends to help improve the quality and consistency of training outputs.
Facilitate Communication Across Language Channels: Manage and coordinate communication within individual language channels on Discord, ensuring effective collaboration between trainers, Senior Annotators (SAs), and other Senior Quality Assurance (SQA) team members.
Offer Translation Support Throughout the Project: Provide translation assistance as needed to ensure seamless communication and understanding across project teams.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional who exhibits:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree, with a focus on linguistics/marketing/communication/business administration/political science or any related humanities/social science field
Exceptional written proficiency: proficient in different writing styles/style guides and well versed in Grammar
Proficiency in narrative, technical, or analytical writing
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of the languages, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics
Experience in copywriting, technical writing, or content development.
Prior LLM QA experience or similar work required.
Strong background in editing content.
Strong written communication skills
Minimum B2-C1 level of English proficiency
Enjoy editing and proofreading to create high quality copy
Analytical Excellence
Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.
Ability to give feedback on performance and provide suggestions for improvement
Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus
Ability to review and incorporate feedback on performance and quality
Ability to navigate ambiguity

We conduct our work in English, but the AI training will be in native languages. Therefore, it is important that you have at least a conversational level of English for our internal communication.
