In this role, you will:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents.
Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance options.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar customer service role within the travel industry.
Proven knowledge of global geography, popular travel destinations, and travel trends.
Familiarity with travel booking software and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
While travel agent certifications and fluency in additional languages are preferred, they are not required.
