Role Overview
TradeIT Solutions is a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to revolutionizing trading education through scalable, digital-first solutions. We’re looking for a skilled developer with a main focus on frontend who can help us build high-performance applications that serve both internal tools and customer-facing features.
This is a long-term role for someone who thrives in a startup-style environment, writes clean and scalable code, and takes ownership of full-stack feature development.

Tech Stack Overview:
Frontend:
- React 18+ (Hooks, Context API)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS, traditional CSS stylesheets
- Vite, Create React App
- RESTful API integration

Backend skills (optional):
- Python 3.8+ with Flask (using SQLAlchemy)
- PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Celery with Redis for background jobs
- RESTful APIs with secure authentication, validation, and performance optimization

General:
- Git for version control
- Docker for containerization
- Strong focus on debugging, testing, and performing code reviews

Key Responsibilities:
Frontend:
- Develop clean, reusable, and responsive React components
- Integrate REST APIs and handle loading, error, and edge states
- Optimize performance across desktop and mobile environments

Backend:
- Build and maintain robust Flask API endpoints
- Write and optimize SQL queries and ORM operations
- Manage background tasks with Celery and Redis
- Handle secure user authentication, file uploads, and internal admin tools

Who You Are:
- 2+ years of full stack development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and Python/Flask
- Proficient with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Comfortable working with Docker and Git workflows
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and responsive to feedback
- Experience writing clean, secure, and testable code

Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with Stripe or payment gateways
- Familiarity with LMS or EdTech platforms
- Exposure to deployment and CI/CD best practices
