Work from anywhere helping clients plan and book cruises, vacations, and getaways tailored to their needs. As a Remote Cruise Planner, you’ll research options, design itineraries, and coordinate every detail — from the first inquiry to the final confirmation.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based earnings. You’ll have access to our supplier network, training resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Discuss travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research, recommend, and book cruises, resorts, flights, and packages
Prepare accurate quotes, itineraries, and travel documents
Manage itinerary changes, upgrades, and special requests
Maintain relationships with travel vendors and partners
Keep accurate records of all client interactions and bookings

Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Tech-savvy and able to learn booking systems quickly

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with cruise lines, resorts, or tour operators
Experience planning group travel
