TXI is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who loves to unpack a puzzle and work to see it solved.

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you have an opportunity to frame how engagements run and collaborate with integrated teams to deliver products that matter.

This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the team structure, establishing how client engagements will work, and leading planning, estimation, and successful delivery. They will bring empathy and curiosity to deeply understand and internalize each client’s needs, goals, constraints, and organizational context—using that understanding to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and scope complex product engagements based on business and user value.

This is an execution-heavy delivery role, with responsibility for moving complex digital products from ambiguity into execution and successful delivery. While delivery management is the core of the position, the ideal candidate also brings a strong product management mindset and experience guiding products from concept to delivery. They know how to lead discovery, shape the right problems to solve, and balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in close partnership with design and engineering. As an experienced consultant, they will build trusted, influential relationships with senior client stakeholders that deepen and expand over time.

Agile Project Management: You are an expert at utilizing agile project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and manage projects iteratively to deliver exceptional software within the constraints of scope, time, and budget

You are capable of ensuring that clients, team members, and stakeholders maintain awareness and can plan accordingly.

Product Management: You are highly capable of thoughtfully steering the development, launch, and evolution of a company's product(s) to meet desired outcomes. In other words, you can effectively understand and balance business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities and constraints.
Delivery Quality: You are highly capable of promoting and advocating for quality standards, processes, and best practices, including accessibility guidelines, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and user-friendly software solutions.

What your days will look like, and what success will look like

It’s important to set the right expectations to promote your growth at TXI. Here is some of what you can expect in your first two years as a Lead Delivery Manager.

Within 1 month, you will

Start the company onboarding process and learn more about our company’s culture, values, history, and commitments to our clients
Gain an understanding of our integrated development process, tooling and frameworks, and project approach
Learn from our integrated teams of designers, developers, delivery managers, and strategists
Learn more about the client experience, from product discovery to delivery
Review your career grid and meet with your manager to identify goals
Go deeper into the employee experience of working at TXI. Meet with key leaders across the company and build relationships with the broader team
If staffed onto client work, start onboarding to client domain and learn about the engagement

Within 3 months, you will

Complete your onboarding process
Receive your first quarterly feedback report from your project team
Attend your first TXI Quarterly with the rest of the organization

Within 6 months, you will

Start to see the impact on your project and project team. You will participate in client-facing retrospectives along the way to look for opportunities to evolve and improve
Complete a review with your manager
Push your team to do its best work yet. You’ll know the team well by this point and understand how to encourage them to do work we are all incredibly proud of

Within 1 to 2 years, you will

Look back proudly on the projects and organizational changes you’ve inspired or directed, as well as the impact you have made across TXI

We believe in equitable pay. The salary range for this role is $156,000 - $185,000. In addition to base compensation and an incentive pay structure, we also offer the following benefits, which are intended to take care of you (and the people you care about):

Location

We have a remote environment at TXI, with distributed team members in the US, Canada, South America, and Europe who work from home. We communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote environment using tools like Google Workspace, Miro, Notion, Slack, and Zoom. We also prioritize virtual bonding and emphasize inclusivity, autonomy, and trust while cultivating a safe and welcoming environment that is conducive to supporting a positive employee experience.

While we encourage asynchronous communication, we often work in pairs or in collaboration sessions.
