We are an established Recruitment company with over 10 years experience. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. You will be working from home and directly reporting to the CEO. The business serves the UK Market and has staff globally, we have strong growth plans and your work will contribute to this. Hence there is the opportunity for further progression as the company grows.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as point of contact for some matters with internal and external clients
Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
Help manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
Book and manage travel arrangements
Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing systems
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
Keeping confidential information
Collaborating with other support staff
Manage the CEO's Social Media (Linked In)
Help manage emails
Complete tasks on behalf of the CEO
Handle some communication on behalf of the CEO
Support across business functions as needed
Help reduce pressure of CEO's role
Assist with the management of Office Operations and administrative tasks
Answering and diverting telephone calls professionally

You will:

Have a good understanding of office management systems and applications
Strong planning and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Proactive and willing to be learn
Strong admin or executive assistant experience.

You must be able to provide suitable references.
