We are an established Recruitment company with over 10 years of experience. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, analysing company performance, and supporting decisions that drive our continued growth. The business serves the UK Market and has staff globally, we have strong growth plans and your work will contribute to this. Hence there is the opportunity for further progression as the company grows.

You will need to:

Analyse financial data, interpreting financial results, and evaluating profit margins
Have experience with financial modelling and preparing detailed financial forecasts
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and preparing cost projections
Have a strong understanding of financial statements and capital planning for internal projects
Monitor both economic trends and microeconomic conditions to inform strategic decisions
Be able to develop detailed financial plans and contribute to long-term business planning
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures that support operational efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with sensitive financial data
Present financial insights clearly and support decision-making across teams

Requirements

You ideally need to have:

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting financial data and building financial models
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning
Excellent knowledge of financial statements, profit analysis, and capital planning
Understanding of macroeconomic and microeconomic factors and their business implications
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
Comfortable working independently in a remote role with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Excel and/or financial software tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

Rate: £3 to £6 per hour, depending on experience.

Par time 10 hours per week initially
