We are an established recruitment company serving the UK market with over 10 years of experience and a growing global team. We are now looking for a Part-Time IT Support Specialist (Work from Home) to join the team and support our strong growth plans. There is the opportunity for growth in this role in the future.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple IT requests effectively
Observational skills to identify potential IT risks and inefficiencies
Customer service skills to support employees with IT-related concerns
Experience with Microsoft 365, remote access tools, and cloud-based systems is preferred
Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity best practices is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will perform the following responsibilities while rendering 5-10 hours per week:

Resolving IT support requests from employees in a timely manner
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems, software, and network issues
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with hardware, software, and IT systems
Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix technical issues
Generating sign-ins and access credentials for new hires during the onboarding process
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Updating employees on the status of their service requestsa
Logging and maintaining records of service requests and troubleshooting steps
Assisting with basic cybersecurity measures and ensuring data security best practices
Managing the company’s IT environment, including monitoring system performance
