Responsibilities

Send out welcome emails and texts to new clients.
Utilize company tools and templates for effective communication.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Positive personality with an energetic and helpful attitude.
Proficient in using internal phone systems and email communication.

Nice to Have

Experience in the insurance industry.
Ability to follow provided scripts and templates effectively.
Strong communication skills and high-quality writing.
