Job Description

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer service experience across all aspects of our projects. This role involves leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and resolving issues to maintain our reputation for exceptional service.

Your role will require close collaboration with our project management team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high standards of service and effective issue resolution.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, managing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the design and construction process.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to address customer needs and ensure projects stay on track.
Develop and implement customer service protocols to ensure smooth communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, disputes, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner, seeking resolutions that align with company values.
Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and maintain thorough records of all interactions.
Provide training and development opportunities for customer service staff to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably within the design, construction, or real estate industry.

Proven leadership experience in managing a customer service team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a positive, client-first approach.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools.
