We’re looking for a reliable and structured GoHighLevel expert to help us build, optimize, and scale automated client systems across various industries (automotive, energy, real estate, B2B services...).

This is not a one-time setup, we’re looking for someone to work with us on a recurring, long-term basis, as we onboard new clients and improve our internal systems.

We already have a functional snapshot used as the base for all new clients. The goal is now to:

Speed up client onboarding
Improve and expand workflow logic
Build reusable, clean systems

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up complete GoHighLevel environments for new clients using our base snapshot
Creating workflows, smart automations, conditional logic, and CRM pipelines
Integrating tools like Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, calendars, and webhooks
Setting up forms, surveys, tracking and reporting
Improving deliverability of email/SMS sequences
Documenting processes and helping us scale with reusable templates
Troubleshooting and improving existing setups when needed

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with hands-on GoHighLevel experience, preferably at agency level
Strong understanding of automation logic, CRM flows, and data handling
Able to work fast, clean, and adapt setups across industries
Capable of writing clean logic with minimal supervision
Bonus: experience with API/webhooks, multi-account setups, or GHL white-labelling

This is a long-term freelance role, fully remote, with work volume growing month by month.
