Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Cybersecurity / IAM Platform Engineer to support a global identity and security engineering program across governance, authentication, privileged access, and cloud identity controls. This role is designed for a senior-level engineer who has worked across multiple IAM disciplines (IGA, SSO, PAM) and is comfortable supporting both engineering delivery and operational stability.

This role will support a blended IAM environment including SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, SiteMinder, IBM ISIM/ISAM, and modern cloud identity patterns in AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, can troubleshoot deeply, and can deliver secure identity solutions at enterprise scale.

Professional Responsibilities

Provide engineering and operational support for IAM technologies including:
- SailPoint / Saviynt / IBM ISIM
- Ping / Okta / SiteMinder / ISAM
- CyberArk
Support end-to-end identity lifecycle management:
- Provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC
- Access requests and approvals
- Certification campaigns and audit evidence
Support authentication and SSO integrations using:
- SAML, OAuth2, OIDC
- MFA
- Conditional access policies
Support privileged access governance:
- Vault onboarding
- Credential rotation
- Session monitoring
Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to onboard new applications and platforms.
Implement integrations using:
- SCIM
- REST APIs
- LDAP
- SQL connectors
Perform incident response support for identity-related outages, access issues, and security escalations.
Implement monitoring and logging integrations with:
- Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, ELK
Maintain runbooks, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support for critical identity services.

Required Skills / Experience

7+ years in cybersecurity engineering, IAM engineering, or security platform roles.
Strong hands-on experience across at least two of the following areas:
- IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt, ISIM)
- SSO (Ping, Okta, SiteMinder, ISAM)
- PAM (CyberArk)
Strong knowledge of:
- Identity protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2)
- Directories (AD, Azure AD, LDAP)
- Windows/Linux administration
Scripting experience: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

AWS IAM + Azure RBAC and security services experience
API integration and authentication patterns
Familiarity with NIST, ISO, SOC2, SOX, PCI

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certifications preferred: Security+, CISSP, Azure/AWS, CyberArk, Okta, Ping, SailPoint
