Alignable Inc. is looking for a detail-focused and dependable Survey Entry Specialist to accurately input, review, and manage survey responses collected from various channels. As a Survey Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming raw survey data into clean, reliable information that supports business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter survey responses into designated systems and databases
Review survey data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in survey entries
Maintain organized records of completed and pending surveys
Follow established data entry and quality assurance procedures
Protect confidentiality and ensure secure handling of survey information
Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets
Communicate with internal teams regarding data discrepancies or clarifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels
Basic proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
Ability to follow instructions and standardized workflows
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in survey entry, data entry, or administrative work
