Job Overview:

As a Data Coordinator Specialist at Alignable, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing key datasets that drive our platform's operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate, well-organized, and accessible to support our strategic goals. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and an opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the integrity of data across various systems and databases.
Coordinate the collection, organization, and processing of large datasets.
Prepare and clean data for analysis, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address data-related needs and ensure smooth data flow.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues promptly.
Develop and enforce best practices for data management and organization.
Assist in generating reports and visualizations for internal teams and key stakeholders.
Provide training and support to team members on data-related processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data coordination or related role (data analysis, data management, etc.).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Experience with database management or data processing tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for ensuring data accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in a remote work environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve data-related challenges effectively.
Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Microsoft Access).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation is a plus.
