Amplifi, a growing startup that empowers nonprofits with innovative fundraising and outreach solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and booking sales-qualified demos with nonprofit organizations, leveraging tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

This is a base salary + commission role with unlimited earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential nonprofit clients using Instantly.ai, Apollo, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation tools.

• Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and phone outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.

• Demo Booking: Qualify leads and book sales demos for Account Executives, ensuring all demos meet the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria.

• CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including the number of leads contacted, demos booked, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company.

• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn for prospecting and lead management.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

• Self-Motivation: Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

• Knowledge of Nonprofits: Familiarity with the nonprofit sector or fundraising technology is a plus but not required.
