Amplifi, a fast-growing startup dedicated to empowering nonprofits with innovative fundraising and outreach solutions, is seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through scalable marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and optimize Amplifi’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to drive signups and demos, leveraging SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social channels.

• Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring a strong ROI.

• Funnel Optimization: Analyze and improve the marketing and sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.

• Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-performing assets such as blogs, case studies, and webinars.

• Email and Retention Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

• A/B Testing: Run experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences to maximize conversions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and creative problem-solving abilities to craft engaging campaigns.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and derive actionable insights.

• Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns with a focus on acquisition and ROI.

• SEO Knowledge: Experience in executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the nonprofit sector or fundraising technology is a plus.

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and customer journey mapping.

• Experience scaling campaigns for startups or growth-stage companies.
