Director of Marketing & Brand Infrastructure

AMSYS is a growing technology and services company with multiple business units spanning IT services, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. As the company continues to expand across several business lines, we are seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Infrastructure to lead the next phase of our marketing evolution.

This role will be responsible for leading a brand transformation and developing a unified brand framework that supports multiple business units while maintaining a cohesive identity across the organization. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on builder who can establish the marketing foundation needed to scale a multi-business platform.

The role includes designing brand architecture, building marketing infrastructure, implementing AI-enabled marketing workflows, and leading a lean marketing team that supports the growth of AMSYS and its portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Transformation

Lead the evolution of the AMSYS brand and positioning as the company continues to expand across multiple industries.
Develop a unified brand architecture and messaging framework that supports multiple business units while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Platform Brand Strategy

Create brand guidelines and governance that ensure consistency across all divisions and companies within the AMSYS ecosystem.
Align leadership and stakeholders around a shared brand vision and messaging strategy.

Marketing Infrastructure

Design and implement scalable marketing systems, processes, and operating models that support multiple business lines.
Develop marketing playbooks and frameworks that enable business units to execute effective marketing while maintaining brand consistency.

AI-Driven Marketing

Implement modern marketing tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and scale marketing output across the organization.

Team Leadership

Build and lead a lean, high-impact marketing team.
Mentor and develop marketing talent while establishing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a builder who has led brand transformation in a growth-stage or platform company environment. They are comfortable working with leadership across multiple business units and can translate strategy into execution.

Preferred experience includes:

Leading corporate rebranding or brand transformation initiatives
Developing brand architecture for multi-business organizations
Building marketing infrastructure and operating frameworks
Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or infrastructure-related industries
Exposure to private equity, venture-backed, or platform company environments
Experience leading small, high-performing marketing teams
