We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all operational aspects of the marketing department with goals to eliminate inefficiency, improve outcomes, and support overall business growth objectives.
The Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager will be responsible for data analysis, report building, dashboard development, and delivering strategic insights that shape and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and adept at storytelling—translating complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making. Additionally, this individual should have an interest in exploring and implementing strategies to improve reporting efficiency, optimize campaign performance, uncover deeper insights, and assist in competitive analysis. You will develop a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement new processes.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and managing marketing technology stacks to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies
Overseeing and optimizing marketing automation processes to improve workflow efficiencies
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions
Facilitating continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the marketing department
Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Delivering campaign reporting and departmental reporting
Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
Develop and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics across all marketing channels, clearly demonstrating KPIs like lead source, volume, and quality; marketing’s influence on the sales pipeline; and ROI.
Ensure data integrity and identify gaps in data collection, implementing best practices for accurate and complete reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an operations role within a marketing department, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
Expert level hands-on experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, and Salesforce
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (reports, dashboards, campaign tracking), and experience working with other marketing data sources like HubSpot, event attendance tracking.
Proficiency in business intelligence or data visualization tools would be a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
Experience working in a SaaS B2B marketing environment preferred.
